Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Fairy Godmother, operated by FairyGodMother ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a programme or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by FairyGodMother, trading as Fairy Godmother. You can reach us at hello@example.com.
You confirm that you are of legal age in your country and that any information you give us is accurate and kept up to date. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. What we provide
We provide online educational programmes, written lessons, reflective exercises, self-assessments and a private journal, in English and European Portuguese. Access is granted to the individual account holder for personal, non-commercial use.
Our content is relationship and emotional-wellbeing education. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical or psychological treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Programmes that address sexual wellbeing are educational sexology for adults. They are not pornography or erotic entertainment.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not use it unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware; probe, scan or interfere with the security of the service; scrape or bulk-download content; or share, resell or redistribute programme material, including your account access, to anyone else.
You must not reverse engineer the service or attempt to circumvent technical limits or payment controls.
5. Intellectual property
All programme content, text, exercises, assessments, branding and software remain the property of FairyGodMother or its licensors. On purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the programme you bought, for your own personal use.
Your journal entries and answers remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you as part of running the service.
6. Payment, billing and refunds
Our order process is conducted by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe handles payment processing, tax calculation and collection, invoicing and refunds on our behalf, and may appear as the seller of record on your order. Card details are collected and held by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Payment, billing, currency, tax and invoicing are handled through Stripe. Prices are shown before you confirm your order and may include VAT or sales tax depending on your location. A receipt is emailed to you automatically.
Programmes are one-time purchases with lifetime access to the programme you bought. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which gives you 14 days.
Where a purchase is fully refunded, access to the programme it unlocked ends. Where only part of an order is refunded, access to anything still paid for continues.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of inaccuracies. We may update, improve or change programme content over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if payment is not made or is reversed, if there is a security or fraud risk, or for repeated or serious policy violations. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
You can stop using the service at any time. If your access ends, you may ask us for a copy of your journal entries before they are deleted.
9. Liability
Decisions you make about your relationships and your wellbeing are your own. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
