Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. You do not need to explain yourself to us.

Write to us at hello@example.com from the address you used to pay, telling us which programme you bought. We will confirm and arrange the refund with our payment provider, Stripe.

Once approved, the money is returned to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

When a purchase is fully refunded, access to the programme it unlocked ends. If you bought the all-access bundle and only part of it is refunded, you keep access to everything that remains paid for.

Your private journal entries and progress are kept, not deleted, so nothing personal you wrote is lost if you come back later. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer law where you live.
